My story...
and I do have one! I spent my impressionable years during the '70's, in the suburbs of Philadelphia eventually wandering aimlessly around the country. Finding a wife, 2 kids now teenagers (one of each), a dog, cat, and horse farm along the way. My full time job at Dominion keeps food on the table and my gig at The Planet is what my wife refers to as my mid-life crisis.

We love it here in Richmond! What's not to like? The people are great, the weather's moderate, there's history, art, entertainment, shopping, the James River, downtown and all within a short drive from wherever you are.

Jim Recommends: Paul McCartney & Wing's – Band On The Run I've always loved the Beatle's but in '76 I wore the grooves of this even today I enjoy sliding it into the CD player. Paul seems to use escaping from prison as a metaphor for his to break out of the rut he was in during the Beatles break up. The key phrase on the song Band On The Run -- if we ever get out of here" -- was a remark George Harrison had made during one of those interminable Apple board meetings; and in Helen Wheels -- the name he gave his Land Rover. Give it a listen. You'll also find Jet, Nineteen Hundred and Eight Five and the others great classic rock. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
